Cheswold
Connection Ford Racing joined the festivities and fun time at the Fairview
Elementary School Fair, Saturday, April 26, 2008 by displaying 9 of
our cars (race and show cars). The kids loved the loudness of high performance
motors on the racecars. It was an enjoyable day full of games, food,
and great fun. You know that the children come first, they are our most
valuable resource.

Cheswold
Connection - US 13 Dragway –Finals
The
final in Pro Class at US 13 Dragway, Sunday, April 20th
It Came down to two Cheswold Connection members, Ben (Smokey) Garnett
and Roger Ridgeway Jr. Garnett with his 71 Maverick went to the winners
circle when Rodger Ridgeway Jr with his 78 Mustang II fouled. Smokey
ran 9.990 on a 10.00 dial in and Rog ran a 9.490 on a 9.51 dial in.
John Donovan
made it to the Quarterfinals with his 1985 Mustang
Great start to the 2008 race season.

2007 BANQUET
Thank
you to all who attended the 6th Annual Cheswold Connection Ford Racing
Banquet. We know you have a world full of choices and we appreciate that
you selected us. The 6th Annual Banquet brought out 400 race fans’
it was a great time to be had by all who turnout and once again a huge
victory. 2007 was a great year for the club and we sincerely thank all
of you who help make it a big hit.
Congratulation to all award winners for the 2007 season, we’re anticipating
another spectacular year for 2008!
